Reformer

We offer Intro Reformer classes all the way to Reformer Plus if want a little more. If you’ve never trained with us before, we suggest starting your Club Reformat journey in Intro Reformer, so our certified instructors can assess your level.

Hot Mat
Turn up the heat with our exclusive Hot Mat Pilates classes! Performed in a heated room, these classes combine strength, mobility, and core-focused movement for a sweaty full-body workout. Intro Reformer
Our Intro Reformer classes are the perfect starting point if you’re new to reformer Pilates or returning after time away. You’ll learn the basics, get familiar with the equipment, and move through slower-paced, supportive sequences that focus on technique, alignment, and building confidence. We break things down and help you build strong foundations so you feel comfortable progressing into Reformer. No pressure, just purposeful movement and a strong start.

Our Reformer classes meet you where you’re at. You’ll move through dynamic, full-body sequences focused on strength, mobility, and control, with options layered throughout so beginners feel supported and experienced clients can push deeper into resistance and flow.

Reformer Plus is our advanced offering for experienced clients who are ready to turn up the intensity and challenge themselves. Expect stronger sequences, minimal rest, and layered progressions that challenge your full-body strength, endurance, and control. With less breakdown and more flow, this class is for those confident on the reformer and ready to level up.
